Urban Development Solutions Ltd. is a municipal company registered at 20 Ivan Bogorov St., Burgas. It is the legal successor of the Urban Improvement and Municipal Services enterprise founded in the 1960s, and is established as a contractor with long-standing experience and tradition in construction and urban improvement.

The company was incorporated in 1995 under 100% municipal ownership, following the merger of the Urban Improvement, Parkstroy and Mechanisation divisions.

Urban Development Solutions Ltd. is a fully self-sufficient construction company with its own production base for aggregate extraction, a laboratory for quality control of the aggregates it produces for long-term use, and its own fleet of heavy construction machinery and road transport.

The company has the resources and specialists to carry out the following activities:

• Construction and repair of streets and pavements, and urban improvement works.
• Asphalting and asphalt patching, including milling of road surfaces.
• Maintenance of road shoulders and drainage facilities.
• Application and maintenance of road markings, and installation of traffic signs.
• Installation, repair and replacement of road safety equipment.
• Long-standing experience in maintaining and building parks and gardens, producing and selling planting stock, and afforestation.
• Construction of playgrounds, site grading, and maintenance of the infrastructure and green system across Burgas Municipality.
• Rental of buildings and construction machinery.
• Demolition of illegally erected buildings, kiosks and garages.

Our current priority activity is the extraction and sale of aggregates from the Banevo and Kamenar quarries. The 10th Kilometre ornamental nursery produces a wide range of ornamental shrubs, trees and container-grown plants.

Urban Development Solutions Ltd. is certified to BDS EN ISO 9001:2015, BDS EN ISO 14001:2015, BDS EN ISO 45001:2018 and BS OHSAS 18000:2007. It is a member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber and holds a certificate for carrying out activities in groups one through five under the Spatial Development Act. The company issues Declarations of Performance conforming to BDS EN 13043:2005+AC:2005 and BDS EN 13242:2002+A1:2007, and continuously improves the effectiveness of its Integrated Management System.
